FRESH FRIDAY: Thanksgiving Edition

Today's FRESH FRIDAY is actually going to focus on Thursday, Thanksgiving Thursday that is. We're going to recap the amazing meal most of us had yesterday. Just like reviewing an album, or a pair of shoes, we're going to break down each of the almighty Thanksgiving meal.

Be prepared to be hungry again, after the jump (unless you're still full from yesterday.)

The main course of Thanksgiving is, of course, turkey.  Not like a leg of turkey, or sliced turkey for sandwiches, and entire turkey.  That's what the Pilgrims ate with the Indians.  It must be cooked properly, or the whole day will be ruined.  Cooking a turkey too much will make it dry.  Undercooked turkey will get everybody sick.  Then you have to get someone that cuts it right, and the meal will begin.  But you can't just have turkey by itself, you need some stuff to go with it.
Mashed potatoes.  They #1 side dish for turkey.  Soft and warm, it compliments the turkey perfectly.  If the turkey is dry, dip the turkey in the mashed potatoes and you will be all set.  Throw some butter on these bad boys and you get smashed off the mashed potatoes.
Gravy can be poured all over your entire plate. Mmmmm gravy.

Honestly, I don't eat stuffing or yams.  A lot of people do though. Someone help me with what I should write about these two items..

STAY FRESH
